These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, United States.

ActiveTopia may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our platform with the updated Effective Date. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
